Your Responsibilities
To be eligible to sign an Option Agreement, you must:

• Pay your rent and other amounts due on time every month.

• Maintain your home according to the Lease Agreement, which includes items such as cutting your grass and trimming your bushes, shoveling snow, keeping your yard free of trash, professionally cleaning your carpet, and changing your furnace filters.

• Comply with all provisions of your Lease Agreement.

• Attend home maintenance and lawn care programs provided by CHP.

• Attend credit counseling/home buyer education classes provided by CHP
