CHP's Home Ownership Plan

Homeport provides the personal touch needed to guide home buyers through the home buying process. By combining financial incentives from the public sector, home designs which maximize resources, and credit counseling and home buyer education programs, CHP is able to provide high quality affordable homes to people who otherwise would not be able to achieve the American dream of home ownership. Homeport builds new homes and rehabilitates existing houses throughout central Ohio, providing a choice of building types and price ranges to meet the needs of potential buyers.
