Mission Statement
Columbus Housing Partnership is a private, nonprofit organization
founded in the belief that a decent and affordable home is the
cornerstone of family life and a healthy community. Columbus Housing
Partnership provides quality, affordable housing and related services to
low to moderate income households in Columbus and the surrounding area.
Through its activities, Columbus Housing Partnership is a partner in
building communities and enhancing the lives of its residents.

Housing Partnership (CHP)
Columbus Housing Partnership has been committed to meeting the needs
of our community for affordable housing and home ownership opportunities
for over 15 years, by adding more than 3,200 affordable homes to the Columbus
market. CHP has established itself as one of the largest producers of
affordable housing in central Ohio by partnering with lenders and businesses,
governmental entities, community and faith-based organizations, developers
and community development corporations.
